Jason’s vast knowledge of the Real Estate industry began in 2008 at Monmouth University in the Leon Hess School of Business where he earned his BA in Real Estate/Finance. His studies covered many diverse areas of the industry such as valuation and feasibility analysis, finance, development, real estate law, and construction management. He is also currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
As a member of the Urban Land Institute, The National Association of Realtors, West Essex Board of Realtors, and current OSHA 10 Construction Certified his commitment to the industry is unsurpassed. With years of experience as a duly licensed agent in both NY and NJ, he knows what it takes to get the deal done.
Much of his success stems from years of experience built upon this solid educational foundation so when it comes to client representation, Jason effectively understands the wants and needs of both buyers and sellers alike. Transactional experience includes property disposition and capital market advisory in the form of residential sales, institutional grade investment acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalization, debt and equity placement, and joint ventures. From development sites and conversion properties, to multi-families and condos, no deal is too big or too small.
